Go to the top menu > Reports > Bookkeeping reports.
The reports give you a complete overview of how your business is doing, as well as a pre-filled VAT return.
Below is a short explanation of each report. The reports are divided into four main tabs: Bookkeeping, Accounts receivable/payable, For the Tax Administration and Presentation.
The income statement gives you a complete overview of your business's income and expenses.
The balance sheet shows assets on one side, and equity and liabilities on the other. In short: what your business owns and what it owes.
The transaction entries is an overview of all your accounting vouchers, meaning every transaction you have recorded.
The general ledger shows all transactions in and out of your business, broken down by the accounts they were recorded to.
The invoice journal gives you an overview of all your invoices. Choose a period and export the report.
The trial balance shows the total of everything recorded on each account in your accounts.
The accounts receivable ledger shows the transactions between your customers and your business, and which customers owe your business money. To see the ledger for an individual customer, go to the top menu > Invoice > Customers and open the customer card for the customer in question.
The accounts payable ledger shows all transactions between your suppliers and your business, and who you owe money to. To see the ledger for an individual supplier, go to the top menu > Accounting > Suppliers and open the details for the supplier in question.

The VAT report is an overview of income and expenses that shows whether you need to pay VAT or will get VAT refunded. It pulls information from your accounts, and you can submit it directly to Altinn.

The Incomestatement is something all sole proprietorships must submit. It is a statement of the business's income and expenses. It pulls information from your accounts, and you can submit it directly to Altinn.
Download a combined presentation of the income statement, balance sheet, accounts receivable ledger and accounts payable ledger. Choose a period, then preview or download the presentation.
